Pies
The pie. Truly there is no finer dish known to man. And Holland's Pies (from Baxenden, if we are being strictly accurate) are beloved by Alwyn & Nigel and ourselves. Pies pop up at various points in the story and Shelley works for Holland's.
When Delia Smith was looking to find the finest pies for Norwich City she chose Holland's - enough said, I think.
